Consistence and Patience

Consistency and patience go hand in hand; you need to be patient in order to stay consistent. Commit to your plan for at least six weeks, allowing your body the time it needs to adjust and adapt. Weekly weigh-ins can be misleading, as your weight will fluctuate during this process. A six-week interval provides a clearer picture of the effort you’ve been putting in.
