Group Training & Boxing HIIT

Being around people who are working toward the same goals as you can help with motivation, dedication, and enjoyment. In addition to the support and encouragement from EHPT, you will also receive it from your new peers. Group personal training and boxing HIIT is a great way to incorporate social interaction into your fitness journey.

Group Training

In the winter, boxing HIIT is held at St. Mary’s Abby Church on Manor Court Road in Nuneaton.

In the summer, it is held outside in the fresh air, where you can also get some much-needed vitamin D from the sun, which is crucial for feeling better and more optimistic, which in turn helps you reach your goals.

Boxing HIIT

Boxing HIIT is a 50 minute class that involves boxing with a partner, it is a combination of pad holding, boxing and high intense exercises. This class is suitable to all abilities as all exercises can be tailored to suit and you will be paired with a partner of the same ability.

Boxing and high intense workouts are a great way to increase your heart rate quickly but also allow it drop just as quickly so that you are burning lots and lots of calories but also developing muscle tone and strength, so overall a fantastic workout for all.

Group sessions are held at EHPT studio on a Thursday evening at 5.45pm and 6.30pm and a Saturday morning at 8.30am and 9.15am.

The sessions are high-intensity and last for 45-minutes, sessions can be modified to accommodate all skill levels. Like boxing HIIT, group personal training is a fantastic way to spend quality time with EHPT at a significantly lower cost than one to one session. A huge benefit of groups is that you will have the support of other members of the group in addition to that of EHPT. Your sessions will utilise every piece of equipment at the EHPT studio, allowing for a wide range of exercises to be performed.
