Tailored Diet Plan

Diet plans are meticulously designed based on your body weight, lifestyle, and activity levels to ensure you are getting the correct amount of calories necessary for you to successfully achieve your specific health and fitness goals. These calories are further broken down into the precise number of grams of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats that you should be consuming daily. This approach ensures that your body is receiving all the essential building blocks it needs for a healthy, fit, and strong physique both inside and out.

Full Body Analysis

During your consultation, you will receive a very in-depth body analysis. When you attend the EHPT studio, we will first have a sit-down discussion where we will talk about any medical issues and your lifestyle, as these factors will significantly impact your training program and meal plan.

A postal assessment will be conducted, and if you have any injuries, a brief evaluation will be completed to ensure that a safe and effective exercise plan is put in place. Once this is finished, we will measure your body fat percentage, muscle percentage, and metabolic age, which we will discuss in detail so that you understand the importance of the plan being implemented. Full body measurements and photos will be taken and repeated every six weeks so that you can track your progress effectively.
